Here are the Product Specifications for your computer.  You can look at the sections titled "Processor upgrade information" and "Memory upgrade information" for all the information on upgrading the processor and the memory.  The processors have all been tested to ensure they are compatible with your motherboard.  You can upgrade the video card, but this may require a power supply unit (PSU) upgrade, also.  Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will explain what you have to consider when moving your motherboard to another case.
