I've been moveing my computers to rack mount cases. But my hp pro 3000 mt Ive been trying to find the front pannel pin out (power, hdd light, power LED, etc.) to properly wire it in. A diagram would be helpful.

HP does not tell its custom proprietary designs, at this level, like ASUS, or Gigabyte does.😍
no OEM does. (full PC OEM)
the PC panel simply plug in, and work , my guess now too short, well splice the wires 1by1 longer.
why not just buy a real server, blade? I have dell R710 here. love mine, hp has them too.(I have DL380G7 too) one is PLEX
A good server used is like $100, why go to huge efforts making any PC into a blade. wow. hard to do. for sure this PC.
