Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, i recently aqcuired an i7-9700 and figured I'de try and upgrade my HP prodesk 600 g4 mini with it. but I am getting 3 red light beeps followed by 5 whitelight beeps, appearantly it's 

not recognizing the cpu. Any help would be much appriciated

Hi:

 

The model series only supports the Intel 8th generation core processors which is why the i7-9700 won't work.
