Hi @Samsulsha
Your PC may be about seven years old. Components will start to fail at this point.
You hear: fans, HDD activity, and maybe DVD activity. Check power supply status at the back of the case.
Do you see a solid green PSU LED ? A blinking PSU LED would indicate a power supply problem.
I can only guess, since you have not provided a specific HP Product number , your PC has integrated CPU graphics.
No video would suggest a CPU or MB problem if the power supply is okay and your monitor works, and video/power cabling to the monitor is good.
Faulty RAM can cause problems. You have to troubleshoot all components to find the failing part. The power on button should be okay but anything is possible.
Have a local PC Tech check the system if you don't want to delve into the details.
