Hp touchSmart all in one 320 pc
Microsoft Windows XP (64-bit)

Hi, I’m writing you guys today because I would like to know what is going wrong with my Hp touchSmart all in one 320 pc. So I had it turned on a couple of days ago but suddenly it just turn off and now that I’m trying to turn it on again it just doesn’t do anything. Looks like it doesn’t even get energy from the power wire. I checked the wire conection by testing it and it works perfectly, but for some reason whenever I plug it in into the pc, the led light from the convertor just turn off too. And also the computer doesn’t do anything. So I had to open the pc and check what is going on. Looks like the conector from the pc had a dead short. Because when I plug in the electricity to the pc. The led light from the motherboard blinks once and then it just die. Every time I try to plug it in, happens the same with the led light from the motherboard. I guess that it had a dead short but I would like to know if there’s a way to save the motherboard or to fix that problem. Thanks for your attention.
