Welcome to our HP community forum!
Your HP Z2 G9 Tower Workstation can indeed be fitted with a 700-watt power supply, with part number: M86370-001.
I am not sure what purchase options you got in your country. You can try HP: The HP Parts Store - HP Computer Parts - HP Printer Parts - HP parts - hp batteries - SSD - printhea..., but since they don't list your country that may not work out.
Perhaps you should reach out to one of the computer parts stores in your country and see if they know of a way to import this power supply for you.

Your HP Z2 Tower G9 Workstation has four cooling fans:
1.) One rear panel exhaust fan with p/n: N10066-001 "SPS-Fan Rear System 92x25 Z2 TWR G9" (9.2x9.2x2.5cm)
2.) Front panel twin (2x) intake fans with p/n: N10073-001 (4N007AA) "SPS-Fan Front Holder Z2 TWR G9 ("HP Z2 TWR Dual Front Fan Kit")" (twin 9.2x9.2x2.5cm fans -though I am not absolutely certain)
3.) One CPU cooling fan with p/n: N10072-001 "SPS-Cooler CPU 125W Z2 TWR G9" (9.2x9.2x2.5cm)

Spend some time researching your question, and I believe that the power supply you referenced should work.
Based, in part, how its 7-pin "P2" power connector is configured. Both 700-watt power supplies (M86370-001 & M09027-003) come in two varieties: with colored or black wired P2 connectors:
Look, there is no "official" HP comparison/compatibility power supply chart, so you'll have to try it out. It will either work or not -but based on my own experiences trying out "alternative" HP power supplies, this appears to me like a match.
Again, not 100% sure.
