I added two additional sticks of Hyperx Ram, the speed of the ram is now throttled to 2400 MHz, what is the proper xmp or custom profile timings needed to set the ram back to 3200Mhz?

The BIOS has throttled the memory bandwidth to 2400 MHZ because of some underlying primary/secondary timing issue.
If you provide the complete model and part number of the HyperX memory modules, I may be able to find the XMP profiles.

I suggest using CPU-z to take a look at the memory settings and timing tables. Have you enabled XMP in the BIOS?
