I want to  replace the OEM  RAM with Hyperx Impact 2x16gb 2666mhz CL15 sodimm. It  will work ?

Or I will encounter incompatibility problems ?

Is your computer the 35W, 65W or 95W?  Once I have this information I will help you further.

Thank you for the additional information, @Gpcostin!  Although, I realized after I posted that you had the wattage in the Subject.

 

I suggest that you contact the manufacturer's Tech Support to see if they recommend using their memory in your computer.  I have seen many instances where the gaming style memory is not compatible with HP motherboards.  You can determine the brand and timings of the current memory by using CPU-Z.  This information is in the tab titled "SPD".
