@TWINGRIP,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

For your information: your HP All-In-One - 23-R110 (M9Z64AA), according to: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=M9Z64AA and: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-23-r110-all-in-one?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIv..., can be fitted with up to 2 x 8GB of DDR3 PC3-12800, 1600 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 204-pin RAM sticks.

Depending on if you got 2 x 2GB of DDR3 RAM or one 4GB DDR3 RAM (most likely) stick fitted in your AIO, you need either one or two 4GB DDR3 RAM sticks such as the 4GB Crucial RAM stick (p/n: CT51264BF160B), which can be purchased here, for example: https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-CT51264BF160B-204-Pin-Laptop-Memory/dp/B00BUI3WU6/ref=sr_1_8?crid=L57....

Your HP All-In-One - 23-R110 motherboard showing the two RAM slots.

And in case you need it, here is a YouTube instructional video how to upgrade your RAM: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dA7gsRlA4Kc.  Please verify if this video applies to your specific model 23 AIO.

Anyway, in order to determine what RAM you got under the hood, so to speak, please type in: cmd in your windows search bar, right-click on the Command Prompt App, left-click on: "Run as administrator", and click: "Yes", then copy/paste/enter:

wmic memorychip get devicelocator, manufacturer, partnumber, capacity, speed

You should see something like this -using the PC I am using at the moment -except yours will only show one or two RAM sticks:

Please provide this information.

Kind Regards,
