Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Hi there! Sorry to hear about the lost receiver issue. Unfortunately, wireless keyboards and mice like your HP CK-440G and CM-891G models use a dedicated receiver that is uniquely paired at the factory. Replacing just the USB receiver isn’t typically possible unless you can obtain a replacement directly from HP with the original pairing.
Here’s what you can try:
Contact HP Support in India: Provide them with your keyboard and mouse's details (P/N and model). If they have spare receivers or can pair a new one for your devices, they’ll guide you on the process.
Consider a Universal Receiver (not guaranteed): Some brands offer universal USB receivers (like Logitech's Unifying Receiver), but they usually don’t work with HP products unless explicitly compatible. It’s worth checking with HP first.
Replacement Option: If a new receiver isn’t available, you might need to look for a complete new keyboard and mouse combo.
Good luck, and let us know how it goes!
Kind Regards,
