I am getting the messages: missing Product Name, Serial Number, Product Number, and Board CT Number every time I start my computer. I need help to resolve this issue. Thank you

@Jon_P_1989 You might see this message after the system board is replaced. The message indicates that the serial number was not entered, or was entered incorrectly, after replacing the system board or other component.
To resolve this issue, contact HP using the Contact Support tab at the top of this screen. You will be asked to provide the fourteen-digit System Board Commodity Tracking (CT) Number. Use the steps in one of the following sections to find the CT Number:

Thank you the help especially the process of looking for the System Board CT number. I fixed the issue. After entering all the "numbers", I made use of the HP Assistant to update my BIOS. By the way, I did not change the motherboard.
Thank you again and I am signing off.
