I am trying to replace a bad motherboard with a new one

I can't see how to get the motherboard out, it has a bezel that covers two or three screws holding the motherboard in, I don't see how to get the bezel off or out of the way.

top brand and models of PC have full service manuals, cheaper ones, non or weak, (as in only users manual)

a full blown desktop or workstation has real manuals as  a rule of thumb.

but on AIO PCs, cheap , facts are lacking in books at any OEM.

youtube is best for cheap PCs, us that , read or search "disassembly hp 27-P014"

not sure what bezzel you see, use photos, so we can see, as we are blind until you unblind the helper.

but these PCs are like sandwich,  1 layer at a time,  or you will not get far

if you worked laptops you'd know all about this....
