Yes, that card should work fine in your PC.

I have the less powerful GT 1030 in my HP 8200 Elite CMT and it works fine.

It may block the white adjacent PCIe X 4 slot though, looking at how wide the fan/heatsink is.

I don't use the white slot, would I put it in the black slot?

The gpu is 75 watts, mi.pci e x16 feeds the 75 watts?

Exactly.

You always install the video card in the black PCIe x16 slot.

The white slot that looks exactly the same is wired as a PCIe x4 slot.

The black PCIe x 16 slot supports 75W graphics cards.

Yes.

The black PCIe x16 slot supports up to 75W, and I have posted videos for you which prove that a GTX1050ti works in the HP 8200 Elite SFF, MT and CMT.
