Hi, I'm attempting to locate a 2.0 USB header on my motherboard, I'm trying to install RGB fans (Corsair SP120), and the RGB controlling hub needs to be connected to the motherboard via a 9 pin USB 2 connector.

Could I get some assistance with either finding the USB header or figuring out a workaround?

Thank you.

I was unable to find any document or drawing that listed the internal or header ports of your articL motherboard.

Your SP120 "core control" uses both halves of the USB header so you need the full 9 pins.

If your system has an internal USB2 port that is being used then extend it with the following

If there is an unused USB3 header you can convert it to Usb2 with an adapter

If there are no USB3 or USB2 ports on the motherboard then you need to bring a pair of the USB2 back into case

using something like this

If possible please post a photo of the motherboard.

The following could work but will use one of the two M.2 slots and you will also need that USB3 to USB2 converter
