@FredFaulk1229,

Welcome to the forums,

Hopefully your not a novice, as a CPU change requires ability to remove the CPU chip.  Do you know how to do that?

Your computer specs are here (link).   The AMD RX550 is a 50W card, so you need a new PSU to upgrade GPU power. But, your in luck, I have a spreadsheet that will help.  I will update it later this week, but the good news is that the 500W L05757-800 has been proven to work with the 690.  That options the GTX1060 will work.

Yes I know how to change the processor, but when I look on what I can upgrade it too, there’s one that says I can upgrade it to an amd processor, but the other one says I can upgrade it to an Intel processor

@FredFaulk1229,

The complete spec page is here.     It is only an Intel Processor chip.

So does that mean I can still use the video for the psu because I remember it only saying things about a sunflower motherboard or something like that not a lincs motherboard

@FredFaulk1229,

The audio at 0;30-0:40 is clear that the 500W would work with either the Sunflower or Lincs boards.
