Product: HP ENVY All-in-One - 24-n050nz (Touch)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

2016 ENVY all-in-one desktop 24-n050nz (touch) went all of a sudden 98% black screen but touch and sound whilst i touch the screen is working still ! i did open the box to check it out and clean and everything was absolutely perfect beside the dust on cooler which was cleaned up well. Plug it back and well the same **bleep** appears ... very light stipes shades on the right of the screen, touch screen is working but I can't see what i am doing most obviously ... help !
