Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One -23-q113w (touch)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I tried to update my desktop and got this error message (0x80070003). I can't remember the last time I tried to update this computer before now. It's on version 1511.  I was told that it is a very outdated version, and is not supported anymore. While trying to figure out a solution I came across the "USB - Windows 10 64bit Recovery kit. "  My question is will that fix my error code, and update my computer?

From 2016 onwards there is a possible recovery option via the cloud...

MAKE BACKUPS, then MAKE RECOVERY MEDIA.

If in doubt please ask.
