Sanity Check: Verify game has hardware acceleration enabled in it's settings. If it shows up as enabled then disable and re-enable to be sure.

The GPU handles acceleration. You did not list your system so I can only guess using ones I have owned.
The NVidia control panel has 3d acceleration which can be adjusted from bad to good or autio
On my old laptop the intel control panel handles the acceleration
The game I occasionally play, Plants-vs-Zombies had a setting to enable acceleration.
What system do you have?
Product ID?

@boywithzerofps -- in addition to the good advice from @BeemerBiker -- I suggest that you open the Windows "Task Manager", and switch to its "Performance" tab, when the Roblox app is NOT running.
Do you see that the CPU is 100% busy, consuming all the available processor cycles?
Do you see that your disk-drive is 100% busy, because some other app is causing much disk input/output?
If your computer is "busy" running other apps, then Roblox (or any other app, such as a web-browser) will run very slowly.

@boywithzerofps -- I have high cpu usage when I run chrome it’s at 100% -- how do I stop this? I just want to play my games
Do you need to start Chrome to access those games? If so, it makes sense that playing the game will show your CPU at 100%
If Chrome is not open, is your CPU still running at 100% ? That would not be normal, and should be investigated.
