Your HP Pro Tower 400 G9 Desktop PC (6U3J2EA), according to: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=6U3J2EA, is fitted with a 260-watt power supply (p/n: M86263-001) -please verify.
Your PC has plenty of space to fit any of the cards you referenced, but the issue is that I was unable to locate a power supply upgrade for your desktop, which would be needed to power any of these GPUs.
The best that you can do to power a graphics card with this 260-watt power supply limit -and without any PCIe power supply cable(s), would be a GTX 1650 4GB or the RTX A2000 6GB.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,

Actually, I just remembered having done some research on the HP Pro Tower 400 G9 Desktop before, and I believe that there is a (likely) compatible 400-watt power supply with p/n: L04618-800: Solved: HP Pro MT 400 G9 PSU - HP Support Community - 8714099, which could power an RTX 3060 12GB or an RTX 4060 8GB.
