Hi @fartman
Welcome to the HP Forum.
The HP 310 watt power supply hamstrings graphics card upgrades if you're into gaming. Not many worthwhile GPU upgrade options available and dubious performance gains.
This suggestion may be painful but I would upgrade the power supply to, at least, a HP 400 watt part or the HP 500 watt part.
The following, compatible, HP power supplies should be available for purchase at eBay:
HP PSU 400Watt --Part Number# L04618-800
HP PSU 500 Watt -- Part Number# L05757-800
I can't offer any graphics card upgrade options using a HP 310 watt power supply.
Check this Site for some graphics card upgrade options using the higher wattage HP power supplies.

I am totally willing to upgrade the power supply that is not an issue. I just want to make sure the graphics card I get fits the form factor of the case. So lets say I get the 500 watt power supply. what options are available to me?

Hi @fartman
Check the second link in my last response for respective graphics cards that will fit in your case and work with each power supply.
There are 32 GPU upgrade options at this site.
M01 series PC cases are very similar, if not identical, to the cases listed in the YouTube video link.

Hi @fartman
It's your call.
I don't have on hands experience with your case so I don't know how much room you have along the PCIe x16 slot.
TechNitWit has installed some of those dual slot graphics cards at around 9.5 inches in length in HP cases very similar to your PC's case.
Search online for small form factor graphics cards.
