I have an HP Elitedesk 800 G1 SFF pc and i want to know the list of compatible GPUs.

I am on a tight budget, but at the same time, I want the best I can get, I want to avoid any problem with the power supply I have, and also avoid any problem with the case.

Look, you can make just about any graphics card work on an HP EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF system, as you can see here, as there are ways to 'mod' this system to allow for higher wattage power supplies, etc.

 

With the stock 240-watt power supply, the pickings are limited.

 

You can get away with graphics cards up to, say, 75-watt TDP, such as these (from mediocre to best):
