Product: HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000a (2Z6C9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

File explorer doesn't show my dvdrw drive and device manager says my driver is missing or corroded. I tried the update driver selection, but it says I have the best driver. HP drivers list doesn't have any offers. What can I do now?

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to follow Microsoft's guidance to resolve that problem at the link below:

 

Your CD or DVD drive is not recognized by Windows or other programs - Microsoft Support

 

The first 3 suggestions are pretty useless/generic, but the one of the last 3 should fix the problem.
