Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is really just a basic question.  I have an HP p2-1394 Desktop PC.  It didn't come with a camera or microphone but at one time I had a microphone plugged in the back of the tower.  It was lost in the move.    My question is - can I get a camera and a microphone for my computer and will they just plug into the tower?

You can find webcams that also have a microphone
it is generally easy to use, most of the time you just need a free USB port!
Be careful, all the same with the compatibility given, compared to the windows version!
just for example:

There are different models at all prices!
