@RoshNoori -- the short answer is "you cannot" tweak Windows or your motherboard.
Keep your All-In-One in an "open" area, so that the air-intake and air-exhaust vents are not impeded.

connect it to a USB port on your computer, and point the fan at your computer, to force more air to be "pushed" into your computer.
What is the room-temperature? Bringing warm air into your computer is not ideal.
