HP Z840 Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Z840 Workstation; that I am using for my Desktop/Gaming machine; I have installed a 2t & 4t drives, as internal storage drives; but my machine is not recognizing them; is there something I should change in my Configuration; at boot up?

Boot manager seems to be noticing them. I am unsure if my machine is configured as RAID or not; if it is; what should I have it set as; I want them recognized as individual drives; since they are different sized.

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

You would have to set the disks online, partition, and format the HDDs in Disk Management if they are new.

Boot Manager disk recognition suggests the BIOS sees the disks.

Thank You; not sure why I didn't think of this; probably because I usually transfer an existing drive into my PC; instead of 2 new ones. My bad; part of getting older; I suppose.

I do appreciate the assistance.
