HP Omen 30L Gaming Desktop

I do not believe this is a software issue, much rather after shorting the power button pins briefly on my motherboard with a standard 2 pin jumper, I've come to the conclusion that it is either my motherboard or the power supply, it was purchased back in 2021 and does not have a warranty I'd like to go about replacing the power supply or at least testing it however I am unsure as to where to go as the rear panel for all of the cable management is riveted to the chassis I personally would like to go about doing a paperclip test but lack the technical expertise required to do so manually as well as I do not have the documentation for the computer or the power supply, given the cables are all black I am dumbstruck unable to locate the PSU_on and com-ground connectors and am also unsure if I unconnected all of the wiring because it is routed through a place I cannot visibly see or check is there any way I can test this myself or would I need to bring it to my nearest HP or Best buy store (where I bought it) and if I did bring it to my nearest store would they be able to do anything about it and for how much? As it is not under warranty and I am personally completely flat broke and jobless.

I believe the issue has been solved though I am unsure how or why holding the power button for an extended period of time eg. One to two minutes resulted in the system powering on with a CMOS error 502 which then restarted into the OS completely functional my front though the front panel lighting as well as the internal lighting and the lighting for the power button are still non-functional though all fans are spinning so it might just be the lighting controller on the fan controller module, needless to say I'm not sure what I did besides unplugging and replugging in a bunch of cables but rather my issue seems to have been fixed temporarily, I would still like to know in the future if this issue occurs again and the current solution no longer is viable what would my options be in terms of computer repair via Best buy's geek squad or Hewlett-Packard
