Product: OMEN 30L Desktop - GT13-0014

Okay, I realize this is a dumb question...but reading everyone else's questions...well, knowing I'm not alone 😉 gives me the confidence to ask this: I have an HP Omen 30L with a Ryzen 5 3600 series, Nvidia 1660 power G; It's 2 years old. Can I upgrade to (and install) a Ryzen 7 or a 3060 card? Or just buy one of these newly discounted gaming desktops with Ryzen 7 or 9? And, if I'm going to spend that much ($1500 to $2300) should I just hold out for a 4000 series rig? Thanks!
