Why happen to me when i remove cpu core i5-6500 ofl one to new one and when i put it back okd one i5 it was not running i put and heatsink back too 

i already link a video where i got this pic and i want to say i have do liek him in video and my pc is not running what will be cause that not run more when i put in plug

cause memory ram need to check or replace or 

• Decrease the CPU voltage levels
• Check semos battery i put again nothing was comes up

what will be cause let me know if you helphave good day
