@Umer8,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

Your HP Compaq 8100 Elite SFF is fitted with a proprietary HP 240 watt power supply with no PCIe 6+2-pin power cable.

Looking at the minimum power requirements for a GTX 1050 Ti 4GB here: https://www.msi.com/Graphics-Card/GeForce-GTX-1050-Ti-GAMING-X-4G/Specification, the minimum recommended PSU is 300 watt and this graphics card requires a PCIe 6-pin power cable which your power supply doesn't have as previously mentioned.

So, the short answer to your question is: no.

But wait, there is good news!

Fortunately you can get rid of your HP OEM 240 watt power supply by using an "ATX 24-Pin to 6-Pin Power Supply Adapter", such as seen here: https://www.amazon.com/24Pin-Female-Adapter-Supply-Connector/dp/B08DHW315H/ref=sr_1_1?crid=231C0XFKW..., and hook this up to an inexpensive ATX 400+ watt power supply such as this example: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BFJ91TY/ref=vp_d_ac_sub_sp_pd?_encoding=UTF8&pf_rd_p=961d9a96-6211-416c....

You likely will have to park the ATX power supply outside your 8100 Elite SFF case, but that shouldn't be an issue.

Since your 8100 Elite is a small form factor (SFF), only a low-profile graphics card would fit anyway.  Here are two low-profile graphics cards I would recommend:

1.) https://www.amazon.com/GIGABYTE-Radeon-Profile-Graphics-GV-R64D6-4GL/dp/B09YVPZ3RY/ref=sr_1_7?crid=1...

2.) https://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-GeForce-Graphics-Windforce-Gv-N1650OC-4GL/dp/B081L3PSGK/ref=psdc_284...

Both cards come with a low-profile bracket.

Here is a YouTube video clip how an ATX 24-Pin to 6-Pin Power Supply Adapter works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0VCslFs6lW0&ab_channel=SotirisDemetriou.

If you want to upgrade your 8100 Elite SFF, do not forget the RAM: you can fit up to 4 x 4GB (16GB total) of DDR3 PC3-12800, 1600 MHz, NON-ECC, UDIMM, 240-pin RAM.

The fastest processor compatible with your 8100 Elite SFF is the Intel Core i7-880 (3.06 GHz, 4 cores, 8 threads).

And if you want to see an upgrade example of what you can do with a similar legacy HP SFF, please take a look at my HP Compaq Pro 6300 SFF upgrade project: Solved: Upgrading HP Compaq Pro 6300 SFF - HP Support Community - 8184303.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
