@Kay2026, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
1. Ensure Bluetooth is Enabled
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
- Toggle Bluetooth to On if it is off.
2. Turn On and Verify Keyboard Connection
- Ensure your HP 350 Keyboard is turned on.
- Look for a Bluetooth pairing button or switch on the keyboard and press it to make it discoverable.
3. Pair the Keyboard with Your Device
- On your device:
- Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
- Click Add Bluetooth or other device.
- Select Bluetooth and then look for your HP 350 Keyboard in the list.
- Select the keyboard to pair it with your device.
4. Check Battery
- Verify that the keyboard has sufficient battery or that it is properly charged.
- Replace the batteries if necessary.
5. Device Manager
- Ensure the Bluetooth drivers are correctly installed and enabled:
- Right-click on the Start menu and select Device Manager.
- Expand the Bluetooth section.
- Check for any yellow exclamation marks or red crosses next to your Bluetooth adapter.
- Right-click on the Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver or Enable.
6. Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter
- Utilize Windows troubleshooting tools:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
- Select Bluetooth and run the troubleshooter. Follow the on-screen instructions.
