1. Ensure Bluetooth is Enabled

  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
    • Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
    • Toggle Bluetooth to On if it is off.

2. Turn On and Verify Keyboard Connection

  • Ensure your HP 350 Keyboard is turned on.

Remove packaging tab from the keyboardTurning on the keyboard

  • Look for a Bluetooth pairing button or switch on the keyboard and press it to make it discoverable.

3. Pair the Keyboard with Your Device

  • On your device:
    • Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
    • Click Add Bluetooth or other device.
    • Select Bluetooth and then look for your HP 350 Keyboard in the list.
    • Select the keyboard to pair it with your device.

4. Check Battery

  • Verify that the keyboard has sufficient battery or that it is properly charged.
  • Replace the batteries if necessary.

5. Device Manager

  • Ensure the Bluetooth drivers are correctly installed and enabled:
    • Right-click on the Start menu and select Device Manager.
    • Expand the Bluetooth section.
    • Check for any yellow exclamation marks or red crosses next to your Bluetooth adapter.
    • Right-click on the Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver or Enable.

6. Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter

  • Utilize Windows troubleshooting tools:
    • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
