It's not the first time that I have notice this bizarre problem. I can hear my dvd making that sound when you press the eject command or the button on the side of the pc. It makes that sound that repeatedly, it stops and then again the sounds come as a group.

The first time stopped by it's own and I thought it was a problem caused by a windows update maybe.

Has anyone else ever had this problem?

Did you do anything to fix it? Is there is anything to be done?

My dvd is not working for some time so

maybe my pc haunted or something? 😂 😲

Does the Drive make an awful sound when it ejects? or is the noise normal?

I would say normal.

I have days to hear that. So maybe it was a ghost. 🙄 🤔

Next time I'll record it

I see. Well If it happens again, I'd take the following actions

Method 1: Try uninstalling the windows update if you haven't already.

Method 2: if the windows update does not help, try taking the disk drive apart and see if any Gears or any mechanical part is not functioning as intended, or is out of place.

I am 14, and I have never experienced a problem like this, therefore I am sorry for the lack of knowledge, but as I said before, I've never encountered something like this.

Good luck to you!

All regards.
