It's tough to respond to your inquiry without additional context provided by you.
It sounds like the factory system drive has failed. And you have installed a new SSD. Please provide more detail if this is an incorrect guess.
You might be able to recover data on the HP factory SSD by connecting the failing SSD to a different PC.
New storage devices are empty (Raw/Unallocated Space). So your PC, at startup, will display the error message you now see.
You would need to do a HP Cloud Recovery if your PC Qualifies. Or do a clean: Windows 10 or Windows 11 installation on the new SSD.
