Greetings @Michaelzp

Welcome to the HP Forum.

It's tough to respond to your inquiry without additional context provided by you.

It sounds like the factory system drive has failed. And you have installed a new SSD. Please provide more detail if this is an incorrect guess.

You might be able to recover data on the HP factory SSD by connecting the failing SSD to a different PC.

New storage devices are empty (Raw/Unallocated Space). So your PC, at startup,  will display the error message you now see.

You would need to do a HP Cloud Recovery if your PC Qualifies. Or do a clean: Windows 10 or Windows 11 installation on the new SSD.

What Windows version are you using?

Regards
