I lost my mouse dongle need replacement

I have the Microsoft windows 11 Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631 and i lost my dongle for my keyboard and mouse. Is there any way I could get a replacement and how much would that cost.

Unless something has changed, HP does not provide new mouse / keyboard dongles to replace those that are lost.

Logitech mice and keyboards do sell a "Unifying" dongle that can be married to their devices.  We keep several on hand in case one or more are lost.

I doubt Logitech works with HP -- that would be great, but weird.

If the HP mouse / keyboard is in Warranty -- and / or the mouse / keyboard set came with an HP system that is still in Warranty, it might be worth contacting HP.

For the system, contact HP Support and use the serial number for the system to open the case.

For stand alone mouse / keyboard set, check purchase - if in Warranty, let us know and we can send a request that someone take a look.
