I lost my usb receiver of hp s500 wireless mouse.

Is there any replaceable receiver available?

Unfortunately, the HP S500 Wireless Mouse uses a non-universal USB receiver that is factory-paired to the original mouse.

This means:

• The receiver is not replaceable or re-pairable if lost.

• HP does not sell standalone replacement receivers for the S500.

• Universal USB receivers (like Logitech’s Unifying Receiver) won’t work with HP-branded mice like the S500.

1. Buy a new mouse: You’ll need to purchase a new HP S500 or another wireless mouse model.

   • It will come with a new pre-paired USB receiver.

   • If you're open to switching brands, Logitech mice with Unifying or Bolt receivers are a better option long-term, since they support pairing multiple devices.
