The title says pretty much all, I want to upgrade my fan because of a fan error that I had recently, and to just generally improve my Temps.
Since my case is very tight, I want to get a fan thats the same size so that I'm sure that it'll fit.

If you mean, can you make a 4-pin PWM cooling fan run on a 3-pin PWM motherboard header, the answer is yes: FAQ: Can I run 4-pin PWM fans on 3-pin fan headers? (noctua.at).
