HP EliteDesk 800 G1 Small Form Factor PC (ENERGY STAR)

I've looked on eBay and Amazon for power adapters, but the wire color\placement doesn't match up with my PSU 6pin that came with the computer

I assume you would like to upgrade your power supply in order to power a better graphics card.

 

If that is the case, you'll need one of these: Amazon.com: YEZriler 24 Pin to 6 Pin ATX Power Adapter Sleeved Cable for HP Z200 Z230 4300 6080 8080....

Does it matter that the wire pin out and wire colors are different than the one I'm using now(attached picture)

It does not, as long as you buy an ATX power supply adapter specifically specced for your HP EliteDesk 800 G1 platform:

In the picture you sent, it doesn't say for the small form factor of the elite desk 800 g1
