I need a driver for my cd-writer 8200 series

I'm looking for a driver for my cd writer i just bought. The thing operates perfectly, I just don't have the drivers for it since I got it second-hand at goodwill and it only came with the power cable. Figured I might as well ask for them here since I have no other options.

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It seems like the driver for this product is not available in HP Support site. This device may not be compatible with Win 10.

You may try installing the driver manually or use the Win 7 driver and check if that works.

Plug the CD burner into the USB port.

An unknown device should show up with a '?' mark next to it.

Click on that device, click on the driver tab, click on update driver, and search.
