Your HP ProDesk 600 G2 Small Form Factor Business PC, according to: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04831203.pdf, has been fitted with a 200-watt power supply.
There is a compatible 240-watt power supply with HP p/n: 702307-002 (751884-001), which would increase your graphics card options.
Anyway, I am not sure that an MSI GT 1030 AERO ITX OC or the MSI GT 730 V2 are sufficiently "low profile" to fit in your case.
If you want to stick with your stock 200-watt power supply, this link shows you the best graphics card options: https://netkibaten.com/top-4-low-profile-200w-psu-graphics-cards/.
If you upgrade to the 240-watt power supply, I suggest getting the GTX 1650 Low Profile or an RX 6400 Low Profile, or -if you want to spend a bit more money, the RTX A2000.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
