Product: HP ENVY TouchSmart 23se-d494 All-in-One Desktop PC (ENERGY STAR)

I have since upgraded to Windows 10 but it was originally a 8.1

 

I have found these 2 but I don't understand the numbers to know which one if either would fit my computer.

Any help you can give please.
