@missjatok,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

Your HP All-In-One - 24-Dd0006 (9ED49AA) according to: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06622216, specifies the following Display Specifications: 23.8" diagonal FHD VA ZBD anti-glare WLED-backlit three-sided, 250 nits, 72% NTSC (1920 x 1080).

Replacement screens for your HP AIO 24-dd0006 are available online, and may* include the following purchase example: https://www.ebay.com/itm/165249821609?hash=item2679a82ba9:g:2gcAAOSwQj5iwv1r&amdata=enc%3AAQAHAAAA8B... which has these product specs: "NEW HP 24-D 24-dd0006 23.8" Borderless LCD Screen All-in-One Non-Touch LCD Screen (1920x1080)".

* DISCLAIMER: I copied and pasted the following Seller disclaimer which also applies to my response to your inquiry, and I quote [fixed spelling/syntax errors]:

How to buy the right screen?
Please Check:
1. Match your laptop Model and Size.
2. Confirm your laptop is Touch Version or Non-Touch Version
3. LCD Screen Resolution. (HD or FHD or UHD)
4. Data Connector Pins (20-pin, 30-pin,40-pin,50-pin) and Position
5. Backlight Type (LED or 1CCFL, 2 CCFL)
Other attention:
1. This item is an LCD screen only, not a laptop.
2. HP laptops may have several screen model options in different sizes and resolutions. Please confirm that you are buying the correct LCD screen when you place an order.

end quote.

Here are two DIY YouTube instructional videos that would apply or generally apply with regard to display replacement of your AIO:

1.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wfiJjNE2SKU&ab_channel=HPSupport

2.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sj3z9dNZUoo&ab_channel=UberGeeks

Please Note: for most HP Users, I am inclined to recommend taking your PC to a local PC repair shop and have them fix it.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
