Hello! I want to upgrade my power supply I have a 180 watt power supply and I want to upgrade it to a 500 watt in order to have enough power to install a rx570 which needs a least 500 watts, what model of a power supply do I need to install and fit into my pc? and have enough power for my pc and my graphic card?

The motherboard in your computer is HP proprietary. It has a 4-pin power connector instead of a standard 24-pin ATX power connector. You will have to buy any PSU upgrade from HP. I don't have any information on the Erica5 motherboard. HP has a 500W PSU (L05757-800) that is compatible with other motherboards in the M01 series. I suggest that you contact HP Customer Support to see if they can tell you if it is compatible with your motherboard. I don't want you buy it and have to return it if it doesn't work.
