So...
I have a HP M01-F1046 Desktop PC
The System Model is HP Desktop M01-F1xxx
Here is the link were I bought it https://www.officedepot.com/a/products/4432773/HP-M01-F1046-Desktop-PC-AMD/
It has a AMD Ryzen 5 4600G and Integrated Graphics. It has 1 slot of ram that has 8GB and There's 2 Slots I think.
1. What GPU can I upgrade too that can handle gaming (I'm thinking about the RTX 3060-TI But I don't know If my pc can handle this graphics card.)
2. Will I need a better power supply?
3. How Do I know what ram to buy other than making sure both DDR's match. (I'm thinking about upgrading to Corsair - Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB (2PK 8GB. But I don't know if my pc can handle this ram.)

I as unable to find any documentation that shows your power supply. According to TechPowerUp the RTX-3060 requires 450 watt supply and the TI version they recommend 550 watts. Look in your case and see what model power supply you have and its rating. If custom power supply then the HP guru's here need to find what is compatible

You may only have a 180w module which we see for the other two equivalent models.
At best it might be a 300w power supply ..
Not much possible in this case, so ..
