HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-2000a (2Z6E1AV)

Hello, so I have recently purchased new RAM (Kingston Fury Beast Black 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200 CL16) for my desktop (HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2000nc Bundle PC (4R5F2EA)), but I cannot get them to run at 3200MHz, only 2400MHz.

The previous RAM were 2x 8GB DDR4 and they DID run at 3200 MHz. How do I change their speed to run at 3200MHz? I did not find anything that would help in BIOS and don't know how to acess the advanced settings on my device. Is there any other way I could change that speed or does anyone know how to acess the advanced settings? Thanks.

Unfortunately, there are no advanced settings, that would allow you to select the  memory module XMP profiles, available in your prebuilt PC's BIOS.

You might consider requesting an RMA from the vendor and sending the modules back as faulty/DOA. It has been reported that vendors sent replacement modules to customers that worked. Perhaps the modules you received were lower binned units,

What was the part number on the original memory modules?

What is the product number of your PC?

You can find it in the system information dialogue window.

Type sysinfo in the search box and then press the enter key.

The SKU or HP product number is the ninth item down.
