Hp all-in-one 24-e041ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I have a Desktop Hp all-in-one 24-e041ur and I want to install a Kingston A400/120GB SSD instead of a hard drive, and install a hard drive instead of a DVD drive. For this I need an optibey. I do not know what height is needed (9.5 or 12.7) and which model is best to buy

@LukaAsatiani Greetings from the HP Community!

Note: Please ensure the complete product name/number for a quicker response from the community, as we need to know what we are dealing with to provide an accurate solution:

Remember: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

(click here to verify which device you have as the info you've mentioned are not visible in this series)

Meanwhile, I must let you know that HP does not recommend or support upgrades on an All-in-one desktop, as the same is rather complicated and hardware changes to the device may render it unstable,

If you wish to process either way, you may do so at your own discretion, by contacting a local tech to be on a safer side.

I hope that answers your query,

If it did, simply select "Accept as solution", to help the community grow,

And if you wish to thank us for our efforts, click on the thumbs up for kudos.

Have a great day ahead.
