What in the World are you talking about?
I asked:
PS I need you to answer the following question for me please:
Did you view the video that I posted to actually see the Screw I need, the one with the WIDE screw head?

Excuse me? I spent time and effort to provide a service for you sans pay in good faith and with sincere intent.
I didn't see the (edited on?) line, quote: "PS I need you to answer the following question for me please: Did you view the video that I posted to actually see the Screw I need, the one with the WIDE screw head?"
First, quote: "What in the World are you talking about?" -Perhaps you ought to reread your response where you doggone clearly expressed doubt about what you are going to get from AliExpress. I chose to address that.
Second, I did watch that video. It changes nothing. Nada. Zip. Two observations: the video showed how to replace an "M.2 SSD Mini-Card" on an HP EliteBook 840 G3 Notebook PC, NOT on an HP Compaq Elite 8300 USDT I thought all the time we were talking about.
Again, for the last time: "M.2" screws DO NOT FIT THESE MOTHERBOARD SCREW INSERTS.
Pay close attention: pic #1 shows an M2 X 3mm big-head screw on an actual HP Compaq 8300 USDT motherboard. You really can't get more frigging authentic than this.
AND? IT.DOES.NOT.FIT.
Pic #2 shows an M1.6 x 4mm small-head screw, which DOES FIT.
Even if you were to get the M1.6 x 4mm small-head screws, you can easily fabricate a tiny bit of plastic to function as a tiny O-ring to keep a PCIe X1/WLAN card -whatever, secure.

Try eyeglass screws and make yourself a little washer for them (the heads of the screws are too small and the washer helps hold it down). That's what I did with the MXM graphics card. I'm assuming these are the same size.
