I am having trouble finding the correct SP version for BIOS the latest revision for this PC. I think it is A0.13 Rev.A. I currently have A0.08 and I have some stability issues.

@jimbarclay, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
It sounds like you're on the right track with looking for the latest BIOS update. To make sure you get the correct version for your HP Pavilion Desktop 550-150qe, I recommend using HP Support Assistant. It’s a tool designed by HP that automatically checks for updates and ensures you're downloading the right versions for your system.
Here's how you can do it:
Download HP Support Assistant from the official HP website, if you haven't already:
HP Support Assistant | HP® Support
Once installed, open the app, and it should automatically check for any available updates, including BIOS.
If a BIOS update is available, it will show up in the updates section. You can simply follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the update.
Also, you may refer to this guide: HP Consumer Desktop PCs - Updating the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) (Windows) | HP® Support
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
