I need to know what power supply I can upgrade to in my pc I have a 350w 80+gold in it right now and I would like to upgrade it to a 500w 80+gold my pc model is the TG02-0014

You can upgrade your power supply with a 500-watt unit with p/n: L05757-800.  You can purchase one of these online, such as via eBay: HP L05757-800 for sale | eBay.

Yes, this 500-watt power supply can easily power an RTX 3060, up to an RTX 3070 Ti.
