I have a 2014 HP ENVY TouchSmart SE all-in-one desktop PC running Windows 10 64 bit, #23se-d494. My cooling fan needs to be replaced. What is the number for the part and where can I find one?

Below is the link to the parts list for your PC.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

HP no longer sells any spare parts for it.

 

From what I can tell, the part you need is this one...

 

656514-001100mm x 25mm Blower, Nisene

 

Googling the part number provides some places you can buy the fan, such as Amazon.

 

Amazon.com: New CPU Cooling Fan for HP Omni TouchSmart 220 320 420 520 620 320 520 Envy 23 656514-00...

 

Unfortunately, I can't find a service manual for your PC.
