I opened a warranty dispute as was recommended via this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/dispute-warranty?sku=9ef30aa. After 1 week I got the email stating "Case Number [edited]- has been Closed CRM:0093193002885". There was no resolution indicated in the email, and the warranty has not been updated either. I did submit my proof of purchase which clearled shown the date of purchase being less than 1 year, and the Envy desktop should be covered for 2 years.
What are my other options?

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please share your HP unit's serial number and product number with us via private message? Along with the purchase invoice with the serial number mentioned on the same.

Thank you for sending a canned response. All information you are requesting (a copy of the receipt and other details) was already sent to the Case Number Edited. Please refer to the case # to pull this information

We see this case was closed and the warranty was updated to 5th May 2025 as per the invoice copy.
Please private message the additional warranty details and order copy of the same mentioned in it.
Kindly refrain from sharing personal details and serial and case numbers in the public.
