My HP kb-0316 ps/2 keyboard had got a little twisted and the wiring was completely unattached. then I fixed it directly by welding it directly to the metal parts. which is not very reliable since if I made too much movement it could be unattached again. so one day it was unattached and I forgot the wiring.
I opened the keyboard to see where the colors (yellow, red, brown, grey) would be corresponding to (ground, clock, data, voltage). but the board doesn't portray such info about the wiring, it's more compact and it's connected through a pin socket which doesn't have any labels (G,C,D,V).
so I am asking you the HP community how to connect it correctly. I have 4 colored wires Yellow, Red, Brown, Grey. Just tell me what the colors correspond to that's all I need. please?
